Your Role at Sephora: Ready for a career glow up? As Assistant Manager, Brand Media, you'll be responsible for executing media plans for Sephora's upper-funnel and loyalty marketing objectives. The work you do will impact beauty, as you drive successful campaign execution across diverse paid media channels. You'll be part of a team that's united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about delivering best-in-class media campaigns.

What You'll Do:

  • Independently manage campaign execution across multiple workstreams and key stakeholders, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Own campaign billing, accruals, invoice tracking, and reconciliation to ensure accurate budget pacing and financial reporting.
  • Maintain budget trackers, ensuring all billing is accurately reflected within internal systems.
  • Facilitate timely communication and coordination across media agencies and cross-functional partners to support successful campaign execution.
  • Coordinate campaign creative handoffs and ensure all assets are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Provide regular project updates and proactively communicate risks, blockers, and timeline changes to stakeholders.
  • Support team with analyzing campaign performance and development of post-campaign reporting and key learnings.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong digital media planning + execution background in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Knowledge of Video, Paid Social, Audio and Display activation best practices, current media advertising landscape, and a passion for marketing.
  • Experience in budget management, including tracking spend, reconciling invoices and coordinating billing with external partners.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to independently prioritize and execute across multiple priorities while maintaining clear, timely communication with agencies and cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership with the ability to independently identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive work to completion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage campaign budgets, billing, and financial reconciliation.
  • Experience in presenting and developing clear media briefs and media plans.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage team and stakeholder communications, and provide clear, timely updates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actio

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,140.00 - $99,845.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
