Lead Property Operations & Staff
Oversee daily property operations, manage marketing, maintenance, and resident retention strategies, and support team performance through coaching, supervision, and onboarding.
Conduct Engaging Property Tours
Lead in-person and virtual tours for prospective residents, highlighting apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
Manage Financial Performance
Set rental rates, oversee collections, process deposits, prepare budgets, and approve vendor invoices to ensure the property meets financial targets.
Deliver Exceptional Resident Experience

Inspect & Maintain Property Standards

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years property management experience; multi-family property preferred
CRM or ARM certification preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software such as OneSite, ALN, or RealPage experience preferred.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer service-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local regulations.
