Our Pilot Manager leads involved engagements in our pre-sales process (project lengths vary from 1-6 months). The role requires a strong ability to design, drive, and execute in fast-paced, technical, customer facing projects. An ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful customer engagements - experience delivering or selling enterprise software platforms into large organizations is a major plus.
Background required:
2+ years of experience in software customer success, account management, sales or management consulting
Outstanding executive presence and communication abilities
Location: NY or Munich
Travel = 25-50%
