SpecialEd Connect is building a fully funded marketplace that connects families receiving Texas TEFA/PDSES grants with high-quality special education clinics, practitioners, and organizations. Our platform manages all state-compliant invoicing so partners can focus entirely on delivering care.

Two Ways to Join Our Network

We are currently expanding and offering two participation paths within the same ecosystem:

1. Independent Practitioner Path

For clinicians and providers (SLP, OT, PT, BCBA, SPED professionals):

  • Join as an independent provider
  • Set your own rates
  • Build and grow your own book of business
  • Receive matched clients through the platform

2. Founding Connection Creator (Commission-Only Sales Path)

For relationship-builders and professionals in the field:

  • Prospect and outreach to clinics and practitioners in the DFW area
  • Pitch and close partnership agreements
  • Introduce providers and organizations to the platform
  • Earn commission for successful partner onboarding
  • Help grow the network by connecting professionals and clinics in your field

What You’ll Do (Connection Creator Role)

  • Conduct outbound prospecting of DFW clinics and practitioners
  • Qualify, pitch, and close pilot partnership agreements
  • Run short intro calls demonstrating the platform workflow
  • Onboard new partners and coordinate handoff to internal team
  • Track leads in CRM and submit weekly progress updates

Who We’re Looking For

  • Former or current SPED teacher, SLP, OT, PT, BCBA, or clinician in the DFW area
  • Comfortable with outreach, relationship-building, and communication
  • Self-motivated and organized with flexible availability
  • Familiarity with Texas TEFA/PDSES is a plus (not required)

Compensation

  • 25% commission on the initial setup fee ($150 minimum per closed partner)
  • Paid Net-30 (or bi-weekly upon request)
  • No base salary, no benefits
  • 100% commission-based earnings
