What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Pilot Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Pilot Manager, you need extensive aviation experience, a valid commercial or airline transport pilot license, and strong leadership qualifications. Familiarity with flight management systems, safety management software, and regulatory compliance tools is typically required.
