Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a phone agent to call and engage Regent alumni
  • Build an excellent understanding of alumni data within the CRM and other systems
  • Ensure proper recording and documentation of alumni contact information and payment information within the CRM and other systems
  • Pray with and for alumni over the phone
  • Serve as support staff for Advancement and Alumni events
  • Contribute to the Alumni Engagement department and promote a teamwork environment

Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Must have excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems and databases
  • Must be detail-orientated, organized, and able to work independently in team settings
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
