Job Title: Maintenance Helper
Location: Howell, NJ (and other NJ locations)
Schedule: Full-Time โ€“ Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (must be flexible for occasional off-hours)

Job Overview:

Weโ€™re looking for a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Worker to help keep our buildings, equipment, and grounds safe and in good working order. Your work will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and the people we serve.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Fix and maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds

  • Handle basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance

  • Respond to emergency repair calls (including off-hours when needed)

  • Keep things safe by checking for and fixing hazards

  • Use tools and equipment safely

  • Follow work orders and safety rules

  • Attend training as needed

  • Be part of a supportive team and follow our mission

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Experience with general maintenance work

  • Ability to use hand and power tools

  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems

  • A team player with a strong work ethic

  • Willing to respond to emergencies when needed

  • Valid driverโ€™s license (if required for travel between sites)
