Responsibilities

What You'll Do

- Service and grow our book of personal lines Property & Casualty insurance clients

- Deliver exceptional service through proactive communication and personalized risk management

- Educate clients on coverages, policy options, and solutions

- Collaborate with internal team members and carrier partners to meet client needs

- Help maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements
  • An Active New York Property & Casualty License required.
  • 2+ Years of Personal Lines Insurance Experience Required.
  • Experience in quoting Personal Lines insurance policies
  • Strong client communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • A relationship-builder who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter with with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver with the ability to quickly build rapport.
