Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will thoroughly understand personal insurance products and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned book of personal lines business
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, delivering a high level of customer service
  • Process renewals, endorsements, policies, cancellations, and payments efficiently
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate coverage terms, pricing, and changes
  • Remain current with changes in insurance products, carriers, market conditions, and trends
  • Resolve client concerns and claims issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Participate in regular training and professional development activities

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in agency management software, preferably Applied (TAM or EPIC) or AMS360
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
