A day in the life.

As our Account Manager on the Personal Lines team, you'll be responsible for the growth and management of private client accounts by meeting monthly and annual production goals. You will be a mentor to associates on your team and serve as an advisor and consultant to our client. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the marketplace, along with building and maintaining strong relationships with our insurance carrier partners. Successful candidates will have:

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated resourcefulness
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance coverages with a minimum of 3 years' experience within the insurance industry
  • P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
