Salary: 55K-75K
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our clients growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping clients protect their most valuable assets.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, ensuring high-quality service and support
  • Review and evaluate client insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes and renewals
  • Support clients through the claims process, providing timely communication and updates
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Stay current with insurance market trends, policy changes, and carrier updates
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in personal lines insurance
  • Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience with insurance software or CRM systems (Hawksoft/Ezlynx perferred)
