OVERVIEW

Alera Group is looking for a Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our Brockton team in-office. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, flood, etc.)
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverages
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure accurate policy placement and underwriting practices
  • Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling to enhance client coverage and satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance as an account manager (preferred)
  • Valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty License (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in agency management software (Applied Epic)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
