The Safety & Continuous Improvement Supervisor leads plant safety, training, and operational excellence initiatives. This hands-on role drives a culture of safety, standardization, and continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing principles while partnering with operations and corporate teams to deliver measurable results.


Safety & Compliance

· Lead and manage the facility safety program, ensuring regulatory and company compliance

· Drive hazard identification, incident investigations, and corrective actions

· Partner with corporate safety/environmental teams and track safety metrics and implement improvement initiatives

· Promote a proactive, operator-driven safety culture

Training & Development

· Manage facility training programs (safety and production)

· Develop onboarding and standardized training systems

· Deliver and support training on safety, Lean, and operational processes

· Verify training effectiveness and reinforce standard work

Continuous Improvement (Lean)

· Lead Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, standard work, root cause problem solving)
