What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails.
  • Schedule appointments for customers.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams.
  • Build relationships while meeting performance goals.
