This is a hunter role focused on acquiring new clients, expanding executive relationships, and creating new revenue opportunities across the Automotive and Manufacturing sector. You will work with C-level executives to shape transformation strategies, develop complex services opportunities, and position DXC's portfolio to solve critical business challenges.

Location: Remote Dallas-Fort Worth (Dallas Area preferred). Candidates residing within 25 miles of a DXC office are required to work onsite a minimum of two days per week.

Travel: Up to 50% to support client meetings and business engagements.

Role Overview: As a Sr Sales Manager - Automotive & Manufacturing Industry, you will drive growth of DXC's Business & IT Services portfolio within the Automotive and Manufacturing sector. Your primary focus will be acquiring new logos and expanding into new buying centers within existing accounts across traditional and emerging OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new logos and expand existing Automotive and Manufacturing accounts.

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline with 3x+ quota coverage.

  • Develop opportunities through executive relationships and consultative selling.

  • Lead discovery sessions and align client challenges with DXC solutions.

  • Partner with presales, delivery, and alliance teams to develop proposals and close complex opportunities.

  • Maintain forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, and pipeline health.

  • Lead negotiations and drive opportunities to successful close.

  • Strong knowledge of Automotive OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, and mobility organizations.

  • Established executive network within the Michigan/Midwest Automotive market.

  • Experience selling AI, Application Modernization, Business Transformation, or Enterprise Platform solutions.

  • Strong consultative selling and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Automotive digital transformation or ERP modernization.

  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0, software-defined vehicles, and connected enterprise.

  • Experience co-selling with SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Boomi.

  • Previous experience with a Global Systems Integrator (GSI) or large IT services organization.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $137,000 - $205,600.
