EasyCare is conducting a search on behalf of our dealer partners for an experienced Automotive Finance Director. This opportunity is with a well-established dealership group in the greater Omaha market. If you have a proven history of leading high performing F&I teams, delivering exceptional profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.


What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop a high performing F&I department focused on profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and hold Finance Managers accountable for performance
  • Drive department productivity while maintaining ethical and compliant business practices
  • Manage all aspects of dealership finance operations including lender approvals, funding, documentation, and product sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners
  • Partner with dealership leadership to improve F&I performance and overall dealership profitability
  • Monitor key performance metrics including PVR, product penetrations, funding, and chargebacks
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through transparent and professional processes


Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Three or more years of successful automotive F&I experience
  • Previous Finance Director or proven leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing teams
  • Strong lender relationships and deep knowledge of automotive lending
  • Proven record of maximizing F&I profitability while maintaining compliance
  • Strong knowledge of menu selling, compliance, and dealership operations
  • Experience with dealership technology platforms
