Toyota of Bourbonnais is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Director to lead our Finance Department. We are looking for a proven leader with a strong track record of maximizing profitability, developing finance managers, maintaining lender relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the Finance Department
  • Maximize finance income while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Present and sell finance and protection products
  • Structure and secure approvals through a variety of lending sources
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
  • Train, coach, and develop finance personnel
  • Work closely with Sales Management to maximize dealership profitability
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks, credit unions, and manufacturer lenders
  • Monitor product penetrations, reserve income, and compliance metrics
  • Review deals for accuracy and profitability prior to funding

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years Automotive Finance Management experience
  • Previous Finance Director experience preferred
  • Toyota dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven record of high product penetration and profitability
  • Strong lender knowledge and relationship management skills
  • Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, and electronic contracting preferred
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
