Automotive Diagnostic Technician | No Weekends | $100K+ Potential

RevTech Performance | Sterling, VA
Mondayโ€“Friday | No Weekends
Hourly Pay + Performance Bonus
Expected Earnings: $55,000โ€“$100,000+

Diagnose. Test. Verify.

RevTech Performance is hiring an experienced A-Level Technician or strong B-Level Technician.

We work on European, domestic, and Asian vehicles, with a focus on advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, performance upgrades, and custom builds.

Strong diagnostic technicians from independent shops or dealerships are encouraged to apply, regardless of the brands they currently service.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Diagnose electrical, drivability, and network concerns
  • Test modules, sensors, circuits, and vehicle systems
  • Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs
  • Complete performance upgrades, engine swaps, and custom projects
  • Verify repairs and document your findings
  • Explain recommendations clearly to the team and Service Advisors

What Youโ€™ll Need

  • 3+ years of professional technician experience
  • Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
  • Experience using scan tools and wiring diagrams
  • Logical, methodical troubleshooting ability
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work

Experience with oscilloscopes, CAN/LIN networks, ALLDATA, or Identifix is highly valued but not required in every area.

Preferred Experience

  • European vehicles such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, or Volkswagen
  • Independent repair or performance shops
  • Custom builds or performance upgrades
  • ASE certifications
