Job description


The Manager of iGaming Performance Analytics is responsible for leading performance analytics for the Caesars Digital Casino business, delivering insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. This role partners closely with Product, CRM, VIP, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize player value throughout the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines deep online gaming expertise, strong business acumen, and advanced analytical capabilities to drive revenue growth, enhance player retention and engagement, and maximize long-term profitability.
Responsibilities
  • Own the monitoring and analysis of iGaming revenue performance across products, brands, markets, and customer segments.
  • Evaluate performance against budget, forecast, and historical trends, identifying key drivers of over- and under-performance.
  • Develop actionable recommendations to improve revenue, engagement, retention, profitability, and customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with Commercial teams on forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
  • Monitor and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors, motivations, segmentation, and player lifecycle performance
  • Proactively partners with Acquisition Marketing Analytics on customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall value
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Data and BI teams to enhance reporting accuracy, scalability, data quality, and governance standards.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities that improve reporting efficiency, streamline processes, and accelerate decision-making.
  • Lead the development, adoption, and continuous enhancement of executive dashboards, performance reporting frameworks, and business scorecards.

Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships across Gaming, Marketing, CRM, Product, VIP, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams.
  • Influence business decisions through data-backed insights and recommendations.
  • Present findings, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
  • Challenge assumptions and drive accountability to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in online gaming, casino, sports betting, or related digital consumer businesses.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue and improving performance within an online gaming environment.
  • Deep understanding of casino, slots, bingo, player economics, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. online gaming and digital wagering marketplace.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert insights into measurable business outcomes.

Technical Skills:
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex query writing, data extraction, joins, aggregations, and performance optimization.
  • Tableau experience, including dashboard development and executive reporting.
  • Advanced Power BI experience, including data modelling, and automated reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and financial analysis.
  • Experience analyzing large, complex datasets from multiple data sources.
  • Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or similar modern data platforms.
  • Experience with predictive analytics, segmentation modelling, forecasting, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
