Scale Computing is looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to help build a modern, scalable, and high-performing People function.

This hands-on role will own and improve key People processes across the employee lifecycle, leveraging technology, data, AI, and automation to simplify how we work and improve the employee experience globally.We're looking for someone who combines strong HR knowledge with an operational mindset, someone who can execute today while continuously building a better way for tomorrow.


What You'll Do
People Operations
  • Own and improve key processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, leaves, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Serve as a senior resource for employees and managers on People-related processes and programs.
  • Partner across the People team on benefits, payroll, compliance, policies, and employee programs.
  • Help standardize People practices across our global organization while accounting for local requirements.
  • Identify operational gaps and take ownership of developing practical solutions.
  • Create scalable processes that improve speed, accuracy, and employee experience.
People Systems & Process Improvement
  • Maximize the capabilities of Paylocity and our broader People technology ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, or eliminate manual People processes.
  • Build and improve workflows that increase employee and manager self-service.
  • Maintain strong data quality and operational discipline across People systems.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, payroll providers, benefits partners, and other vendors on integrations and process improvements.
  • Continuously evaluate how technology can improve the effectiveness and scalability of People Operations.
AI & Automation
  • Proactively identify opportunities to use AI and automation throughout People Operations.
  • Develop AI-enabled workflows, tools, and resources for employees, managers, and the People team.
  • Use AI to improve documentation, reporting, communications, knowledge management, and process execution.
  • Help reduce administrative work so the People team can focus on higher-value activities.
  • Promote responsible and practical adoption of AI within People processes.
People Data & Insights
  • Develop and maintain People reporting and dashboards.
  • Improve visibility into workforce trends and key People metrics.
  • Ensure employee data is accurate, reliable, and actionable.
  • Partner with Finance on headcount and workforce reporting.
  • Translate People data into insights that support better business decisions.
Employee Experience
  • Simplify People processes from the employee and manager perspective.
  • Help create a consistent employee experience across countries and businesses.
  • Develop clear resources and self-service tools that make it easier for employees and managers to get answers.
  • Support the integration of acquired employees and businesses into Scale's People practices.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Broad working knowledge across multiple areas of HR rather than experience in only one specialty.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own and improve People processes.
  • Strong experience with HRIS and People technology.
  • Experience using data to identify issues, measure outcomes, and support decisions.
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive employee information appropriately.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex processes.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm around AI, automation, and emerging People technologies.
  • Experience supporting a global or multi-country workforce strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
