Summary

Directs and Develops Team Leaders and Operators in the Press Dept.

Analyze problems and take action to show results based on data and facts and not opinion.

Maintains and promotes fair and equitable treatment of all employees.

Initiate Gorika activities and promote daily improvement by all employees to support Company goals.

Cover role of Senior Supervisor/ Assistant Manager during absence.
