Role Summary:
The Product Specialist - RADSOK® Power Products plays a key role in supporting and growing a strategic power product portfolio. This individual will work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, operations, and marketing to execute product strategies, support customer and channel needs, and drive profitable growth.
This role is ideal for a results-driven self-starter with a strong work ethic who takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and is motivated to grow into broader product ownership and leadership responsibilities over time.
Duties/Key Responsibilities:
Product & Business Execution
  • Support execution of product line strategies for RADSOK® power products, aligned with business objectives and growth targets
  • Assist in achieving order, revenue, and margin goals by supporting sales opportunities and quotation activities
  • Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of assigned product lines, applications, competitive landscape, and customer requirements
  • Support Product Manager on analyzation of product performance, pricing, and margin trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Primary support and communication liaison for Asia based PM's with North American RADSOK® customer based
  • Coordinate with sales teams (direct and distribution) to support customer engagements, technical discussions, and product training
  • Interface with marketing and mar-com teams to support product documentation, presentations, new product introductions & promotional initiatives
  • Communication liaison between customers and Amphenol for any technical requests and/or support

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 0-3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales support, engineering, or industrial manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to power interconnects, electrical components, or industrial markets is a strong plus

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM/PLM systems a plus

Growth & Development:
This role is designed as a developmental position with clear opportunity to grow into broader Product Manager or Product Marketing leadership roles. The Product Specialist will gain hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle, strategic decision-making, and global business operations within Amphenol's worldwide organization.
