Job Summary:
  • Provide software, hardware, and network support to internal users.
  • Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software installations and configurations, as well as participating in documenting processes related to the IT Department

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in maintaining and generating IT metrics and dashboards

Required Skills:
