Kenneth’s Salon + Spas is currently looking for dedicated beauty professionals to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want more than a job, for those who want to learn how to lead inside a respected, established, and forward-thinking organization.
Within Kenneth’s service-driven environment, the Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted concierge for our team, ensuring each employee’s experience is seamless, supported, and thoughtfully managed. From the first welcome to ongoing guidance, this role blends operational excellence with a warm, polished presence.
This is an opportunity for an HR professional who understands that behind every policy is a person—and that exceptional service extends not only to our guests, but to our team as well.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting all Service Providers and Guest Service associates in delivering a luxury experience for guests
• Guiding associates through benefits enrollment and life changes, managing leave administration with confidentiality, accuracy and care
• Leading new hire orientation and onboarding for all new associates
• Answering, investigating, and responding to associate inquiries and concerns
• Maintaining an expert level of confidentiality, consistency, and compliance
Qualifications:
• Commitment to the Kenneth’s Salon + Spas brand and ability to ensure all employees are exhibiting the culture every day
• 2-5 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role, with a focus on benefits administration
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation
• Background in onboarding experience to new associates
• Scheduling availability of 40 hours a week to meet the needs of our associates and business
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth
• Strong computer skill set to include internal programs, Canva, Excel/Word, Paycor (recruitment and benefits)
• Expert customer service and communication skills from associates to vendors
• Advanced level multi-tasking skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Detail oriented
