Job description

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll and benefits with accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

This role is focused on making sure employees are paid correctly and on time, while keeping payroll data organized, accurate, and aligned with our systems.

Experience

  • Experience processing payroll in an HRIS system (Paycom preferred, not required)

  • Comfortable working with payroll data, benefits, and reconciliations

  • Experience supporting a few hundred employees or multiple locations is a plus

Skills & Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable working with numbers and identifying discrepancies

  • Proficient in Excel (basic formulas, data review, etc.)

  • Organized and able to manage recurring deadlines

  • Clear and professional communication

  • Able to work independently and follow through on tasks
