Latham Medical Groupis hiring a full-time Patient Support Specialist to join their team!

This is a 40 hour work week. The hours areMonday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm.

Are you passionate about helping others and providing outstanding customer service?

Join our team as a Patient Support Specialist and play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients.

Position Responsibilities include:

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling appointments
  • Verify patient information and insurance details
  • Manage patient check in and out process
  • Respond to patient questions and direct concerns appropriately
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Support providers and team members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Must have the following qualifications:
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organization
    • Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
    • Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion
    • Medical office experience is preferred

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
