About the Role

an experienced Patient Financial Services Manager to oversee Epic Single Business Office (SBO) operations, revenue cycle management, patient billing, cash application, and customer service functions. This leadership role ensures compliant healthcare billing practices, efficient financial operations, and collaboration across departments to support patient financial services and revenue cycle performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Epic Single Business Office (SBO), patient billing, customer service, and cash application operations.

  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff while supporting employee development and departmental performance.

  • Oversee patient collections, financial counseling, cash reconciliation, refunds, and treasury management activities.
