What is a patient engagement remote?

A Patient Engagement Remote job involves working from a location outside of a traditional healthcare setting to support and communicate with patients. These professionals help patients understand their care plans, schedule appointments, provide reminders, and answer questions about services or treatments. The goal is to improve patient satisfaction, adherence to treatment, and overall health outcomes. Patient engagement representatives often use phone, email, or online platforms to connect with patients and ensure they receive the support they need remotely.
