Position Summary
As a Pastry Assistant, you will be responsible for executing and providing standard pastry items. In this role, you will help make ice creams, doughs, and other pastries according to pre-established recipes.

Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Preparing a variety of goods including ice creams, doughs, and other pastries to the company standard

  • Monitor supplies and ingredients necessary for daily operations

  • Maintain a clean workstation

  • Decorate pastries in a consistent style

  • Follow plating and display standards

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • 2 years of working in a pastry setting
