  • Drive operational efficiency by implementing AI tools that automate recurring creator workflows, reporting, and communications.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to enhance the overall creator experience and program scalability.

  • Stay informed on social platform trends, emerging creators, and cultural moments to proactively identify partnership opportunities.

  • Manage campaign timelines, approvals, and asset tracking to ensure flowless execution.

  • Assist in the negotiation and execution of creator contracts, ensuring alignment with budget, scope, and deliverables.

What You’ll Bring
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in creator partnerships, community operations, or social platform management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong communication and empathy skills with the ability to build trust across creator communities.

  • Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency using AI or automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and reporting.

  • Analytical mindset with the curiosity to interpret data and identify trends that inform creator and product strategies.

  • Familiarity with TikTok culture and the broader creator ecosystem, with a genuine interest in emerging creator tools and trends.

  • Proactive and collaborative learner who thrives in a fast-moving, feedback-rich environment.

Why Join Us
  • Base Salary: USD $27 – $33/hour

  • High-Performance & High-Reward Culture

Location
