What you'll do

The Partner Program Manager, Service Track is responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing global partner programs that drive engagement, enablement, and revenue growth across service-oriented partners - including System Integrators (SIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), and Customer Success partners. This role acts as a strategic connector between partner strategy and execution, collaborating across product, sales, marketing, operations, and enablement teams. The individual in this position will lead cross-functional initiatives, define scalable program frameworks, and leverage AI-driven insights and automation to evolve offerings that deliver measurable value to both partners and the business.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Partner Programs and Success.

Responsibility

  • Own the program design and implementation of the Service Track, focused on partners delivering consulting, implementation, managed, and success services globally

  • Define the partner journey, including lifecycle phases, milestones, and benefits, integrating AI capabilities to enhance scale and performance

  • Build scalable global programs across the partner lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, enablement, incentives, and performance management), with AI-driven enablement, automation, and analytics as core pillars for partner success

  • Define and manage program governance, KPIs, success metrics, and reporting cadence

  • Use analytics to monitor performance, predict partner outcomes, and iterate based on data-driven insights and feedback

  • Partner with operations and analytics teams to embed AI and intelligent automation into partner workflows, ensuring programs are measurable, efficient, and aligned to Go-To-Market goals and business objectives

  • Collaborate with partner channels and alliances leaders, product, marketing, enablement, legal, finance, and operations teams to bring programs to market and ensure seamless execution with AI-integrated processes

  • Create executive-level communications, dashboards, and presentations using AI-enhanced data visualization tools to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decisions

  • Define the end-to-end partner experience leveraging AI personalization and digital touchpoints across the partner portal, communications, and enablement

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of experience in partner programs, channel strategy, or ecosystem management roles within technology or SaaS organizations

  • Experience building partner programs for Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers, or Cloud Service Providers

  • Experience applying AI tools or automation to scale partner engagement, enablement, or operations

  • Experience with partner business models and how partners create value through co-selling, activation, and customer success

  • Experience designing and implementing incentive and benefits frameworks aligned to business goals

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Preferred

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to evaluate ROI and program performance using AI-enhanced insights

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions, regions, and partner segments

  • Exceptional communication, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

  • Familiarity with AI-powered partner management platforms, analytics tools, or enablement systems

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $132,700.00 - $206,800.00 base salary

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $126,500.00 - $173,900.00 base salary

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $126,500.00 - $182,500.00 base salary

Washington DC: $132,700.00 - $182,500.00 base salary

Ohio: $111,100.00 - $152,725.00 base salary 

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
