Partner Success Manager – CT&I

A Partner Success Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with assigned partners, driving application and funding volume, and expanding financing program adoption within the Construction, Transportation & Industrial (CT&I) channel. This role focuses on partner engagement, business development, sales support and delivering an exceptional partner experience to generate growth and deepen market penetration.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate and execute partner campaigns with Marketing; follow up on transferred leads 
  • Conduct partner discovery calls; identify growth opportunities
  • Educate partners/ partner sales reps on PEAC’s financing program; conduct webinars & partner training
  • Build relationships with partner principals (finance managers, sales reps and sales managers)
  • Solicit and close application opportunities 
  • Improve penetration within assigned accounts developing each opportunity, including negotiating terms, overcoming objections with the end user
  • Assist partners w/ PEAC’s platform; encourage & facilitate use of Digital 
  • Facilitate resolution of partner/ program issues within Marlin
  • Drive app & funding volume 
  • Maintain clean data in SFDC on leads & customers, guests, prospect accounts
  • Monitor and follow up on incomplete applications


Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in business, finance, or a related field preferred; High School Diploma/GED required. 
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience along with a track record of success as a closer and achieving goals and quotas
  • Prior experience in sales, account management or inside sales within a B2B environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively to drive results. 
  • Demonstrated product and industry knowledge relevant to financing solutions and target markets.
