Compensation & Structure

- Base salary range of $75,000 to $100,000, depending on yearsโ€™ experience (1-5 years).

- Performance-based incentive plan with realistic first-year earnings of $100,000 to $130,000+.

ย

About Us

Weโ€™re a highly profitable division of a $2B+ annual revenue PE Backed Company which has become a national leader in outsourced household employment, payroll, andย

risk management solutions for High-Net-Worth families, family offices, and wealth management firms.ย

We are seeking a Partnerships Development Lead (BDR/SDR) to help drive continued expansion within one of the fastest-growing business segments. Rather than high volume transactional selling, success comes from building trusted relationships, understanding complex client needs, and delivering solutions that provide meaningful value.ย This is a highly consultative and relationship-based B2B role focused on developing long-term partnerships with sophisticated financial professionals and their clients.ย

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue growth by forming strategic referral/channel partnerships within the Investment & Wealth advisory space.
  • Outbound funnel is generated mainly email marketing, social engagement, targeted cold calls, and networking.ย
  • Manage a consultative sales cycle averaging 60 to 90 days from initial engagement through close.
  • Build relationships with executive-level stakeholders across family offices, investment firms, wealth advisors and similar.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record (3.5+ University GPA preferred).
  • 1 to 5 years of B2B sales, account management, business development, customer success, consulting, or relationship management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft thoughtful, personalized outreach.
  • Strong executive presence and comfort interacting with sophisticated financial professionals.
  • We are industry agnostic, but prefer industry experience within financial services, payroll solutions, professional services, IT/SaaS, or another consultative sales environment.

Why Join?

  • Enjoy a consultative sales motion driven by relationships, referrals, and thoughtful outreach rather than high-volume cold calling.
  • Become one of the earliest dedicated hires supporting a rapidly growing channel.
  • Build relationships with family offices, wealth advisors, and influential professionals nationwide.
  • Gain exposure to a niche ecosystem that few early-career sales professionals have access to.

If you're an ambitious business development, customer success, account management, or partnerships professional looking to work with sophisticated clients in a unique and growing market, this is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, develop valuable expertise, and grow alongside a business with significant long-term potential.ย
