Job description

Pay: $14.50/hr 

Part-time every Sunday 8a-4p

QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read, write, and speak English; intermediate computer skills; strong communication, organizational, and public relations abilities. Must be able to communicate with individuals who have sensory impairments and understand geriatrics/long-term care. Requires completion of orientation, pre-hire assessment, and demonstration of Fellowship Community's RISE Core Values. Ability to walk distances required.

CORE FUNCTIONS
Maintain a safe, clean environment by properly handling materials, waste, and infection control using universal precautions. Follow emergency procedures, report incidents promptly, and maintain strict confidentiality. Comply with all policies, HIPAA, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Complete required training, maintain licensure, and demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality.

VALUES & PERFORMANCE
Provide excellent customer service, work collaboratively with a positive attitude, remain flexible, take initiative, and present a professional, welcoming image to residents, staff, and visitors.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent bending; occasional walking, standing, lifting up to 25 lbs., stooping, and stretching; constant sitting, hearing, and seeing. OSHA Category 2 exposure.

DUTIES
Operate switchboard and paging system; greet/direct visitors and manage sign-in; handle communications, mail, and packages; coordinate meal requests with dietary; perform clerical tasks (typing, copying, Excel updates); monitor lobby/dining areas for safety and cleanliness; ensure compliance with resident rights; complete additional assigned duties per facility policies.
