Job description

Part-Time Office Assistant (Subcontractor Position) Long Term

Our high paced office, Located in South Etobicoke, is looking for a mature, reliable PART-TIME (with perspective of full time) office assistant to work 3-4 days per week from 9:00 AM to 4:00/4:30 PM in office (not from home) . This is not just a summer job

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scanning, printing, filling in spreadsheets, organizing documents
  • Issuing invoices following specific instructions
  • Submitting various reports
  • General office support

Pay:

  • Start $20-$2 hr depending on skills
  • Subcontractor position (not on payroll)
  • 3-4 days a week, 9am to 4pm

Requirements:

  • Must follow instructions carefully and diligently, yet possess critical thinking
  • Good command of English - written, spoken, understanding, FAST TYPING
  • Computer skills - outlook, word, excel, ability to learn new applications
  • Ability to work in high-paced environments, very detail oriented.
  • Basic QuickBooks knowledge

We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and able to work under instructions.
