Job description

Coordinator of Non-Degree and Graduate Records

Salary Range $16.50 - $18.00 Hourly

The Coordinator supports student records and enrollment services for Randolph College's non-degree, consortium, contractual, and graduate student populations, which are distinct from the College's traditional undergraduate, degree-seeking population.

The position is responsible for accurate file management, data entry, and maintenance of student records; assists with enrollment and records processes for online and on-campus non-degree students, consortium and contractual students, and graduate students; and works closely with the Assistant Registrar for Student Records to ensure accurate and timely processing.

The Coordinator also provides general office support and responsive customer service by addressing questions and assisting students, faculty, and staff with student records and enrollment-related needs.

  • Process registration and drop/add functions
  • Verify and enter student data
  • Maintain student permanent file folders
  • Greet office visitors, field questions, and answer telephone calls
  • Monitor Registrar office email box, respond and/or forward as necessary
  • Monitor and post to Registrar office Facebook page
  • Other duties as assigned
