Talent Specialist (Full-time/Part-time):
Job Description:As a Human Resources Talent Specialist at Maharaja Enterprises LLC, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources. You will work closely with our HR team and play an integral role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives. This internship offers a great learning experience and the chance to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Collaborate with the HR team to create and maintain job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Help in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
Employee Onboarding:Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire documentation and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Training and Development:Support the development and delivery of employee training programs.
Maintain training records and assist in tracking employee training progress.
HR Administration:Assist in maintaining and updating HR records and databases.
Handle routine HR-related inquiries from employees and ensure timely responses.
Employee Engagement:Participate in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
Compliance and Policies:Assist in ensuring HR compliance by staying updated on employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to the maintenance and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Special Projects:Collaborate on HR projects that may arise during the internship, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, performance management, or HR analytics.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with order entry and processing customer orders
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
