IP Litigation Consultant (Patent Attorney) โ€“ Remote โ€“ $100/hr DOE | 20โ€“25 hrs/week We're excited to share a unique consulting opportunity for an experienced Patent/IP Litigation Attorney who enjoys digging into complex IP issues and providing practical, business-focused guidance. In this role, you'll work closely with a team evaluating utility patents tied to consumer product brands and help determine whether potential infringement or enforcement actions make strategic sense. If you enjoy analyzing patents, investigating knockoff products, and building clear infringement claim charts, this is a great chance to apply your litigation expertise in a flexible consulting capacity.
