Position Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact at SEV Laser and plays a critical role in delivering an elevated client experience. This role manages scheduling, supports service education and sales, and ensures smooth daily operations in a performance-driven environment. Receptionists are accountable for maintaining SEV's service standards, supporting clinic goals, and contributing positively to the team culture.

Responsibilities
  • Client Experience & Front Desk Operations
  • Warmly greet every client entering and exiting the clinic
  • Manage check-in, check-out, and payment processes
  • Provide accurate information about treatments, packages, retail, and promotions
  • Address client questions professionally and courteously
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold SEV service standards

Sales & Service Promotion
  • Actively promote services, memberships, and retail products
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or upgrades
  • Support clinic sales goals through product knowledge and engagement
  • Maintain up-to-date familiarity with pricing and promotions

Scheduling & Administrative Support
  • Accurately book, modify, and cancel appointments
  • Answer phone calls with elevated phone etiquette
  • Respond to emails and voicemails promptly
  • Utilize booking and client-management systems efficiently
  • Support scheduling flow and operational updates

Office & Treatment Room Support
  • Open and close clinic per Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain a clean, stocked, organized front desk and lobby
  • Assist with transitional cleaning of treatment rooms as needed
  • Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies run low

Training & Team Support
  • Participate in required service and sales training
  • Model SEV service standards and professionalism
  • Support onboarding of new team members
  • Contribute positively to team culture

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
  • Ability to work independently
  • Weekend availability required

Scheduling Requirements:
  • Must be available to work up to 3 days per week including weekends
  • Must be available to work from 9:30am-7:30pm each day.
