KidZONE SUPERVISOR

Be our CFO -Center FUN Officer! - Keep kids coming back for more. Use your imagination, and watch children smile while creating a safe, welcoming environment leading your team of quality care givers.
POSITION OVERVIEW:

The KidZone Supervisor position includes staffing, scheduling and payroll management. Opportunities to develop classroom curriculum and theme based programs to create a fun and safe atmosphere in which kids want to return to day after day.
The KidZONE Supervisor is responsible for the daily management, staffing, supervision and quality of care for children attending the KidZONE center and programs offered at Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness; maintaining general upkeep and cleaning of the equipment and KidZONE space and inventory; overseeing and engaging in and facilitating fun, age-appropriate activities and events with children and staff; monitoring check-in and authorized check out of children; assisting with various Center-wide programs, services and special events and upholding department and center standard operating procedures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Our ideal candidate has earned a degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent. Previous child care or youth program coordinator; supervisory experience. Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, have a commitment to children, fun, fitness and wellness and continuous learning; have an understanding for the bottom-line and business approach to job performance and excel in written and verbal communications.
WORK SCHEDULE:

Part time position approximately 20-25 hours/week. Evening and Weekend availability, required occasionally. Schedule and compensation to be determined.
