In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective talent while ensuring seamless daily onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping workflows. Because of the sensitive nature of Human Resources, the ideal candidate brings impeccable integrity, sound judgment, and a strict commitment to confidentiality, paired with the high energy needed to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Job Posting & Outreach: Publish and manage job openings across various employment websites and job boards.
  • Candidate Screening: Review incoming resumes and initial applicant submissions to identify top talent.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborative Selection: Actively participate in hiring discussions, evaluating candidates for cultural fit and organizational alignment.
  • Agency Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for correspondence with external recruiting and temporary staffing agencies. HR Administration & Operations
