Trident Consulting is seeking a " Entry Level HR Coordinator” for one of our client in " Aliso Viejo CA (Onsite)"


Role: Entry Level HR Coordinator

Location: Aliso Viejo CA

Type: Contract

Rate: $25/hr on w2


Description

  • Schedule and Set up interviews
  • Manages Meet & Greet for candidates
  • Booking and setting travel itineraries (hotels and flights)
  • Professionally working closely with the candidates, being the main point of contact
  • Creating a great candidate experience and maintaining and following procedures.
  • Possibly booking travel itineraries for interviews
  • Assisting the TA team with other duties
  • Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition
