The Position

Our team is seeking a passionate and dedicated HR generalist with 3+ years of experience. This job requires working with clients, handling a wide scope of HR duties, and working on HR projects while also maintaining general account management with existing clients. provide expert advice and support regarding client issues.

From assisting with reporting, recruiting, hiring, auditing, workers compensation insurance, benefits administration, investigations, HRIS management and more, no day is the same in HR consulting!

Requirements:

What is Needed:

  • Scheduling with clients to plan, process and organize projects.
  • Conduct HR assessments and personnel file reviews for clients.
  • Gather information for the preparation of customized employee handbooks.
  • Recruiting duties to include resume review, phone screens, interviews, etc.
  • Preparing and providing training sessions for clients.
  • Participate in client meetings as needed.
  • Provide excellent and professional service to clients in person and on the phone, and ensure all communication is professional, customer focused, and helpful.
  • Implement and monitor legal compliance measures as documented in the companyโ€™s policies/procedures.


Qualifications Needed:

  • At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices, procedures and compliance.
  • Strong familiarity with Nevada labor laws (California experience preferred)
  • Experience with sensitive employee relations issues
  • Familiarity with FMLA Leave Administration and ADA Accommodation
  • Experience in demonstrating high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and HR knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with multiple client needs, projects, and competing deadlines.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Proficient with all Microsoft office programs and ability to work in HRIS platforms
  • High level of time management, organization, communication, attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to share skills and knowledge with others
