Job description

Provides general administration, technical & clerical support for IVGID HR/Admin, including responding to phone, in person & electronic inquiries; data entry & reporting; office administration & special project assistance. Requires: Valid Driver's License, HS diploma or GED & 4 years of administration & customer service experience involving general office operations, or an equivalent combination of education & experience. Prior HR experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, administrative, communication, & customer service skills; proficiency with HRIS systems & Microsoft Office applications; accurate typing & data entry skills & the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Must demonstrate professionalism, composure, & sound judgment when interacting with employees & the public, including in challenging situations. Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Schedule includes MON-FRI 25 - 30 hours/week onsite. Rate: $26.62-$32.00/hour, DOE.
