HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator serves as the essential HR point of contact, fostering collaboration with the local operations team to create a positive and engaging employee experience. This role involves advocating for employees, partnering with warehouse leadership, and ensuring the implementation of a consistent Stord culture. The HR Coordinator manages day-to-day HR functions and strives to continuously improve the employee experience, adapting to the dynamic environment of a startup.

This role is onsite Monday-Friday.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for all HR-related matters in the warehouse, providing consistent and dependable support.
  • Collaborate with management on corrective actions, investigations, escalations, time and attendance requests, and benefits questions.
  • Provide daily/weekly attendance reports to operations leadership, tracking UPT, PTO, callouts, and general attendance compliance.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for people programs and processes to ensure legal compliance and industry consistency.
  • Advocate for employees while empowering them and their managers to self-advocate.
  • Analyze people data to identify trends and provide proactive engagement opportunities and solutions.
  • Enforce people policies with input from the operations team to ensure best practices.
  • Create and maintain a positive culture that balances operational efficiency with supportive people programs.
  • Organize and implement ideas for employee engagement and operational excellence, in collaboration with the 1P People team.
