Doctor Pharmacist Clinical Director
Hackajob is partnering with Mercor to fill this position. Create a profile to be automatically considered for this role—and others that match your experience.
Mercor is partnering with a biotech and pharma research team on expert human-evaluation work — creating and critiquing rubrics that analyze commercial drugs and drug-development programs. We're seeking a disease-area clinician for a paid pilot, with the potential to continue as the work scales.
Responsibilities:
- Create and critique rubrics that analyze commercial drugs and drug-development programs
- Assess trial endpoints — whether they'd actually change prescribing, and what that does to real-world uptake
Requirements:
- Role: Disease-area clinician
- Also helpful: Familiarity with biotech/pharma development programs
Engagement Details:
- Duration: Approximately 10–20 hours over a 1–2 week paid pilot (analysis across roughly 5–10 companies); recurring for strong contributors
- Compensation: $150–$235/hour
- Location: Remote — US-based, or deep US-market experience (payer, formulary, and launch dynamics are US-specific); some overlap with US hours for occasional calls
