Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations activities and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data maintenance, and document management.
- Assist with maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems.
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation, including employment letters, onboarding packages, and personnel files.
- Support new hire onboarding logistics and employee orientation programs.
- Assist with HR audits, compliance tracking, and record retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on employee requests and HR inquiries.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics as needed.
- Support visa, immigration, and employment compliance documentation when applicable.
- Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and system implementation initiatives.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus
