Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations activities and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data maintenance, and document management.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems.
  • Prepare and process HR-related documentation, including employment letters, onboarding packages, and personnel files.
  • Support new hire onboarding logistics and employee orientation programs.
  • Assist with HR audits, compliance tracking, and record retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on employee requests and HR inquiries.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics as needed.
  • Support visa, immigration, and employment compliance documentation when applicable.
  • Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and system implementation initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.



Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus
