Adecco is hiring for a Part-Time HR/Safety Coordinator for a food manufacturer in Lowell! This is a temp to perm opportunity.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00AM - 2:00PM

Pay: $25-$30/hour DOE

JOB DUTIES:

Human Resources

โ€ข Review employee timecards for accuracy and completeness

โ€ข Follow up with supervisors regarding attendance and timekeeping discrepancies

โ€ข Assist with payroll processing and timely submission of time records

โ€ข Process and track employee PTO, sick time, and leave requests

โ€ข Maintain employee personnel files and HR records

โ€ข Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork

โ€ข Respond to employee questions regarding attendance, benefits, and policies

โ€ข Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS and payroll system data

โ€ข Support employee communications and HR programs

โ€ข Assist with onboarding, orientation, and hiring processes

โ€ข Support open enrollment meetings and benefit changes

Staffing Coordination

โ€ข Submit and coordinate temporary staffing requests

โ€ข Schedule and support placement of temporary employees

โ€ข Review and approve temporary employee hours

โ€ข Submit weekly timecards to staffing agencies

โ€ข Maintain communication with staffing partners regarding attendance and performance

โ€ข Track temporary assignments and conversions

Safety

โ€ข Support workplace safety programs and initiatives

โ€ข Maintain safety logs, records, and compliance documentation

โ€ข Assist with incident reporting and investigations

โ€ข Coordinate workersโ€™ compensation claims and return-to-work activities

โ€ข Support corrective action follow-up items

โ€ข Assist with scheduling safety meetings and communications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

โ€ข Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

โ€ข Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
