Job description

CURRENT HOLLAND HOSPITAL EMPLOYEES- Please apply through Find Jobs from your Workday employee account.
Under the general direction of the Director of Support Services and the direct supervision of the Lead Security Receptionist: Provides friendly, competent and professional reception services in an efficient and timely manner to all patients, visitors and staff at the hospital lobbies.
Minimum Education Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Job Type: Part Time (42 hours every two weeks)
Shift Length: 2:30p-9p, varied days
Weekend Frequency: Every other weekend
Required Education: High School diploma or GED
Meet and Greet
  • Greets and assists all patients, visitors and staff with way-finding, information and other requests in a friendly, capable and professional manner.

Lobby Oversight
  • Monitors hospital lobbies (including entryways and adjoining common space); promptly addresses and reports safety, security, housekeeping, customer service and other concerns that may negatively impact patients, visitors and staff.

Workspace Cleanliness
  • Maintains an efficient, professional workspace including: lobby desks, entryways and common spaces.

Reception Communication
  • Initiates and maintains communication with other reception positions; is liaison with on- duty Security Staff to communicate relevant information.
