Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Reliable Engineering Services, Inc. is a busy commercial HVAC contractor seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, has excellent customer service skills, and can effectively manage multiple tasks while supporting our service department.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Create service work orders
  • Send daily service updates to customers
  • Assist in tracking work orders from dispatch through completion
  • Track and verify daily time entries for field technicians
  • Review technician hours for accuracy and assist with payroll preparation
  • Schedule and monitor company vehicle maintenance and service
  • Track and maintain technician truck inventory
  • Maintain accurate customer, work order, and service records
  • Provide administrative support to the service and management team
  • Perform general office and clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
