Job description

Subaru City of Milwaukee is currently accepting applications for a Part Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to represent and support our busy team.
This is a part time position. The available position hours are Saturdays 9am to 5pm, 2-3 Saturdays per month. No experience?? Absolutely not a problem!!! We will welcome and train the right individual.
  • Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Automotive administrative duties
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Reliable
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects.
  • Some computer knowledge and ability to operate a 10 key adding machine.
