Job Description:
AriensCo is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to join our team in Brillion, WI! If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a strong attention to detail, this is a great opportunity to support daily administrative operations while making a positive impact on the workplace experience. THE DAY TO DAY...
  • Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel
  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
  • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required
  • Enters and checks warranty cards that are returned for accuracy
  • Help Accounting with mailing out invoices
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed
  • Provide administrative support for several senior leaders and their teams
  • Draft outgoing correspondence, compose emails and first-draft memos, open, distribute or file incoming correspondence
  • Organize and maintain hard copy and electronic files
  • Schedule conference rooms, conference calls, meetings and events, on/off site
  • Filing, photocopying, collateral projects (i.e., binders, folders)
  • Organize and prepare for all aspects of meetings and facility tours, including scheduling, confirming attendance, organizing rooms and meals; following up with appropriate correspondence
  • Performs other administrative duties as needed

THE QUALIFICTIONS...
  • An Administrative Professional's degree is preferred
  • Possesses 3 or more years of reception/administrative support experience
  • Excellent computer and other office equipment skills to include proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Professional business manner
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to be flexible and change priorities quickly
  • Ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively in a team environment
