About the Role

The Part Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, customers, and employees while supporting daily administrative operations across multiple departments. This role plays an important part in maintaining organizational efficiency, supporting internal teams, and ensuring smooth front-office operations.


What Youโ€™ll Do

โ€ข Serve as the first point of contact for guests, customers, and associates, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
โ€ข Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist with meeting and event preparation
โ€ข Maintain tracking spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documentation using Microsoft Office applications
โ€ข Support company programs and vendor coordination, including travel arrangements, apparel ordering, and office supply management
โ€ข Partner with multiple departments to maintain updated information and assist with clerical and administrative projects
โ€ข Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and operational teams to support a safe and organized workplace
โ€ข Provide additional administrative support and coverage as needed across the organization


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role operates primarily in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems.

This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods, communicate effectively, occasionally transport office supplies, and perform light physical tasks such as bending or filing, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Other Information

โ€ข Part-time schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 12:30 PM โ€“ 5:00 PM
โ€ข Flexibility required to occasionally work full-day shifts from 8:30 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM to provide coverage as needed

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required
3-4 years of receptionist, administrative, or office support experience
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
